Another Omelette

Riding the success of yesterday's omelettes I embarked to make yet another omelette but with sausage, bacon, and cheese. The omelette today was not as sloppy as the two I made yesterday but I did slightly overcook the eggs. That's fine though, since I'm pretty sure that the next time I make an omelette the timing will be nearly perfect.
